Refund Policy

At OPTISOLVE LLC, we strive to provide high-quality vehicle inspection services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • If an appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance
  • If we are unable to perform the scheduled inspection due to our own limitations
  • If a duplicate payment was made in error

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment
  • If the vehicle is not available or accessible at the scheduled time
  • Once the inspection has been completed and the report has been delivered

3. Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their appointment at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.


4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original method of payment.
